The Glamorous Sunglass Look You Need This Season: Two of My Favorites!

From the fashion runways to the ski slopes…from the world’s prettiest beaches to the latest L.A. patio lunch spots…you’ll see a gorgeous trend in sunglasses.

The look: large, over-sized, retro redefined frames with a basic, traditional sunglass color like tortoise or black paired with a touch of color!

These designer eyeglass frames are, in a word, glamorous!  It’s a look that every woman can feel great about wearing.  In a new fashion sunglass frame like the ones I’m describing, you may just find yourself calling people darling and pronouncing it dahhling.

Whether it’s 80 degrees or 8 below where you live, remember, the sun’s damaging UV rays are just as powerful when the temperature is cold as when it’s boiling.  In fact, some say your eyes are at greater risk for damage when those beams of sunshine are not just beating down from the sky but are also bouncing off of shiny ice or snow on the ground.  In other words, sunglasses are not just a fashion accessory…they are a year-round necessity.

Here are two pairs of this season’s hottest look in sunglass frames.  I can’t decide which pair I like better, so I’m shopping at Eyeglass World so I can get both for one low price.

The first pair is by designer Ralph Lauren.  Everyone knows that anything this iconic company produces will look great and last!

Why do I love this sunglass frame?  In addition to its ultra-stylish shape, it comes down to how extra special this pair is with their pop of blue!  Brow lines are a hot eyeglass trend now but this frame pairs brow highlighting with a hot color that makes them stand out from the crowd.  The temples are blue, too, giving them even more pizzazz.

Ralph Lauren Dark Blue - Tortioise Women's Sunglasses

This second frame is by DKNY.  I’m a bit of a girly girl, so I love the femininity of the color pink added to the traditional tortoise shell look.  Color fades are so hot this season and any woman will love the way the brown pattern subtly transitions to a pale pink.  This frame is retro sized yet not as powerful as the first.  It has more of a pretty, fresh, and delicate feel even though it’s big and ultra stylish.

I’m excited to own both of these fabulous pairs of designer sunglasses.  Which pair do you like best?  Shop the entire collection of name brand sunglasses at bargain prices in the Eyeglass World Online Catalog.
