Trendy Tuesday: Soft Curls and Stunning Frames

This year’s hottest hair trend is curls! Whether you have tight spiral curls or long, messy and loose waves, you’ll fit right in with this feminine hair fashion must-do.

As someone with naturally wavy hair, I couldn’t be more excited to put away my straightening iron for a season. Living in a hot and humid climate, I also appreciate being freed from the responsibility of trying to have my hair look sleek and frizz free when the air is too muggy to breathe.

Curls can be loose or tight and worn up or down in a just-came-off-a-day-at-the-beach-like tousle. If you want the curls to really last, you can head to the salon for a perm! If you lived through the perm trends of the 1980s, you’ll be happy to know that the new perm treatments smell a lot better and, at least from what I’ve seen, work a lot better too without as much hair damage.

Need another reason to love curly hairstyles? Curly hair looks so pretty with glasses. Pair a feminine frame with a half up and half down head of loose spiral curls and you have an incredibly romantic look ready for your favorite sundress.
