Pretty as a Daisy

A veteran of the entertainment industry for more than two decades, Daisy Fuentes is now a name to know in fashion, too!

Daisy started her career as a model but then moved into television.  Part of her mass appeal is what has been described as her “all-American” Latin beauty.  Combine that with her ability to work in both Spanish and English, and it’s easy to see how she quickly became an entertainment industry sensation.

Named as one of People’s “Most Beautiful” people, Daisy has been a spokes-model for Revlon and starred in numerous television ads for major corporations.  In 2004, Daisy capitalized on her stardom and launched a fashion and home goods line including sportswear, intimates, swimwear, shoes, fragrances, handbags, home décor, and accessories –including eyeglasses!

Each of these fashion frames are just as attractive as their designer.  Check out my favorites:

This is one of the prettiest eyeglass frames I have ever seen.  With its pink and brown color combination and feminine touches, the “Cecilia” frame by is one you will definitely want to try on.  The frame is really lightweight (read: comfortable) and I think it looks great on most face shapes.

Check out another one of my favorites. This Daisy frame is called Nadia.  It has a unique combination of tortoise shell plastic, gold metal and turquoise accents.  It’s trendy and sure to be an attention getter!

An homage to the 70’s, Daisy has a line of frames called, “Peace” that each feature a cute little peace sign accents on the temples.  This frame, Peace 403 comes in black or plum and is a great choice if you are a modern day flower child or just want a trendy eyeglass look.  The metal frame below it, Peace 413 has a bit of a hipster look to it.

This final frame is on my personal must-have list.  It is so sophisticated and classy.  It’s got a beautiful mix of gold metal and just a touch of animal print to give it a little extra pizzazz.
